This page describes how personal data is handled on the inventura.appwebsite. It covers the website, not the Inventura application — processing inside the application is governed by the data processing agreement a clinic signs when it starts using it.

Who is responsible

We are the controller for data collected on this site. For any privacy question, write tozasebnost@inventura.app.

What we collect

Only what you type into the early access form:

• Email address — required, because without it we cannot reply.
• Clinic or laboratory name — optional; it helps us understand who we are building for.
• Page language and time of submission — so we write to you in the right language and know when you signed up.

What we do not collect

This site carries no analytics, no trackers, no advertising pixels and no cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or anything like it. Fonts are served from our own origin rather than loaded from Google Fonts or any other foreign source — so visiting this page does not send your IP address anywhere except to our host.

Basis and purpose

The basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form. We use the address solely to tell you when Inventura launches and, occasionally, to ask about your needs. We do not send a general newsletter and we do not pass the address to third parties for their own purposes.

Where the data sits

The site and the early access list are hosted by Cloudflare, in a database inside the European Union. Cloudflare acts as our processor and does not use the data for its own purposes.

How long we keep it

Until launch or until you unsubscribe, and at most 24 months from signup. After that the record is deleted.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, erasure or portability at any time, and withdraw your consent. One message tozasebnost@inventura.app is enough for any of these; we answer within 30 days. If you believe we are handling your data improperly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.

Changes

If we change this notice, we change the date at the top of the page too. For a material change, we write to everyone on the list.
